Glenn Arthur Brenner

Glenn Brenner served as the elected State's Attorney (District Attorney) for 16 years in Rapid City, South Dakota prior to moving his family to the great state of Texas.  Glenn worked as a litigator in a fast paced probate and fiduciary liability litigation firm in Dallas, Texas and developed an appreciation for the difficulty one goes through not only with the loss of a loved one; but, the all too often greed when dealing with the decedent's Estate. Glenn continues to fight for the rights of people victimized by others' greed.

Over the years Glenn honed his skills as a trial attorney and personally prosecuted the high profile criminal trials in the community while defending the County in various litgation from labor law issues to suits for termination of parental rights and child-neglect cases.  Now Glenn uses his trial skills and experience with the criminal justice system to defend those charged with crime.

Glenn has gone back to his roots to assist families and protect the against the devastating effects of divorce on children.  While championing the rights of his clients in an aggressive manner, Glenn will assist in "cleaning the windshield" that is clouded by emotion so that parents can see the effects of decisions on their children and proceed with the children's best interests in heart.

Credentialed as a Mediator throught the University of Texas in November 2012, then as a Family Law Mediator after receiving his certificate tranining for Advanced Family Law in 2015, Glenn offers his communication skills to you by overcoming emotions with logic and reasoning to reach a settlement in your litigation.

Glenn has his certificate for Parental Coordinator / Parental Facilitator and actively works to reduce the stress and emotion in divorce cases to better communication all in the effort to minimize stress on the children.
