No sorry but no rules broken. Attorneys are often very busy or just take their sweet time. Emails are a good way for you to document your efforts...

I don't see how he would get them back. After a final judgment terminating parental rights, appeal must be filed within 6 months.

If the order designated a primary conservator... and he would like to modify that within 1 year of the order... he has to attach an affidavit...
