You cant do anything about the time you were in jail. The district attorneys office could have tried the case again while you remained in jail....

Yes it will. Any conviction will show up and unfortunately you will not be able to remove or seal the case

More than likely they are asking for the info thinking they may be calling them as a witness or potential witness.

The lawyer is correct. If he plead the cases in 2010 he is not eligible.

He will need to talk with the person administering the program for him. He must get approval to be able to move.
