Deferred Action has other factors but regarding your criminal conviction you not do qualify because DUI/DWI is considered a "significant misdemeanor."

I am assuming by PSI you are referring to a Pre-Sentence Investigation report. In Tarrant county, these reports are done after a finding of guilt...
