Shae Dan Armstrong

Shae is an attorney focusing his practice on corporate transactions, global strategy and compliance, EB-5 real estate financing, and government relations. Shae has experience representing parties to real estate financing arrangements and building EB-5 compliant capital platforms (including USCIS Form I-924 Regional Center formation).  His work has been cited in numerous publications including The New York Times, The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, The Dallas Morning News, The Hill, The Washington Times, the Franklin Center for Government and Public Integrity, Fee Simple, The Real Deal, EB-5 Investors’ Magazine, the Harris County Bar Association, The Daily Business Review, ILW, , the Center for Security Policy, , Texas A&M University’s School of Law, , and the Center for Immigration Studies.  He was also a contributing author to the textbook, The EB-5 Book 2016-2017 Edition, published by ILW.

Mr. Armstrong has advised U.S. House and Senate Offices, Committees of the U.S. Congress, Washington D.C. policy groups, and industry trade groups in regards to alternative and international investment matters, and he has acted as a strategic advisor to both state and federal political campaigns.

Mr. Armstrong is a licensed attorney by the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States Court of International Trade, and he is a Texas licensed real estate salesperson.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While at Tulsa Law, Mr. Armstrong earned his Certificate in Comparative and International Law and was a member of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law.

Further, Mr. Armstrong obtained an Executive Global Master’s in Managementat The London School of Economics and Political Science.
