Biography
I'm the founding partner of the Dallas office of Perry Law P.C. My practice focuses on insurance coverage, bad-faith and class action litigation in multiple jurisdictions.
The case topics include, but are not limited to, a challenge to the use of medical audit vendors and privacy of medical records, an attack on the method in which uninsured motorist coverage is rejected, and the practice of deducting "betterment" in adjusting automobile property damage claims.
Additionally, I have been involved in extensive policy forms drafting, and negotiations with various governmental agencies.
