Mark helped with a real estate negotiation between the lot owner and a lending company who was causing issues and delays. Mark introduced me to a member of the Texas lending board who quickly helped me finalize a loan through that members company. It was a very frustrating experience working with t...he first lending company, Mark saved the day connecting me with the right lender. If it hadn't been for Mark we wouldn't own the lot today. He has also gone above and beyond giving me advice on other matters.
