We obtained a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy through Mr. Price's office, in order to save our home. We attended two meetings with him, but never saw or heard from him again, It was as though he did not exist, thereafter. Both his daughter, who had not achieved her degree yet, and his wife, who apparently work...s out of their home, followed up on subsequent issues. The daughter represented us at the Bankruptcy hearing, but did not seem to have her whole heart and soul into it. I have always felt if one pays for services, they should be delivered 150%. Such was not the case, but fortunately, we obtained the Bankruptcy anyway. Since then, We have experienced a number of problems with our Mortgage company, and reached out to Mr. Price's office, for assistance. Once again, We were dismissed by him, personally, and left at the mercy of his family members. They both made us feel as though we were a huge bother and always took the side of any entity questioning our actions. I have to tell you, if we had foreseen this when we were looking for an attorney, We would never have employed his services. It is as though, they are working for someone besides us. We definitely do not have the rapport an attorney and his clients should have.
