Mr Justema did a poor job of keeping my wife and I informed of specifics of case . He failed to notify us of two important hearings that we were required to attend. His gruff personality was a turn off to my wife and to my receptionist at my office. He needs to learn tact, politeness, courtesy. H...e has a sense of arrogance and entitlement to him that does not sit well with me. He works for me and I pay his salary. He needs to remember the simple rules of customer service . We did our part, he didn't do his. Communication skills are lacking from this man .
