Avi Kerendian

With a strong foundation in the sciences and a deep commitment to health care, Avi Kerendian brings a unique perspective to the field of health law. Prior to law school, Avi worked as an intern studying the progression of tumors in glioblastoma and breast cancer. This experience sparked an interest in healthcare delivery, leading Avi to co-found and lead a global health NGO, delivering medical and dental relief to over 1,000 patients, 70% of whom are women and children.

During law school, Avi honed his legal skills as a summer associate at Hall Render and as an in-house intern at a telehealth startup in Los Angeles. He also served as a compliance legal extern at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Now serving as a Health Regulatory Associate, Avi is eager to leverage his health care background and focus his practice in the areas of fraud and abuse, FDA/life science matters, and health care transactions.

In his free time, Avi is an avid traveler with 22 countries under his belt and enjoys practicing his salsa dancing and seeking out new adventures.
