Lisbeth Margot Bulmash

Mediators360, a newly formed civil mediation firm, is entering the saturated Dallas market with a unique selling proposition: a full-service mediation program that works to resolve clients' issues in a more personalized way and an all-encompassing approach.

Lis Bulmash has been a mediator since 2002. Her disputes have ranged from small to larger and more complex, multiparty cases. Lis mediates all types of civil and commercial cases, including but not limited to, personal injury, professional negligence, probate, employment and real property cases.

Ms. Bulmash has practiced law since 1989. Lis has been admitted to five bars, including Illinois, Michigan, New York, Ohio and Texas. Her experience in litigation has involved work in a variety of settings including a law firm specializing in defense, a law firm representing primarily plaintiffs and in a national property casualty insurance company. These varied legal experiences prepared Ms. Bulmash for her career in Mediation.

Lis Bulmash has been a mediator since 2002. Before practicing in the state of Texas, she had an active mediation practice in Michigan and Ohio. Over the last eleven years, Lis has completed over 200 hours in basic and advanced mediation training. Most recently, she attended Global Pound Conference held in Austin, Texas and participated in presenting a class at the 2017 Annual ADR Course for the State Bar of Texas. Lis obtained her initial Mediation Training at the Oakland Mediation Center in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and her basic training workshop in Family Mediation at the Mediation Training and Consultation Institute in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Lis is an active member of the ADR Counsel for the State Bar of Texas.

Fair and Impartial

Parties have an equal say during mediation and have a say in the final agreement. The mediator has no authority to impose a settlement without an agreement of the Parties. During mediation both sides will be able to exchange information, express opinions and expectations and propose their own solutions for reaching resolution. The mediator will facilitate this process by helping the parties communicate to each other clearly and appropriately.

Confidential

Mediations are confidential. Confidential information provided to the mediator by parties during the mediation process cannot be divulged by the mediator. Also, the parties’ settlement discussions cannot be used as evidence in any future court proceeding.

Save Money and Time

Litigation is expensive, time consuming, and emotionally draining. Many mediated settlements, on the other hand, are completed in one meeting, often saving considerable time and expense. More complicated matters may necessitate multiple sessions before an agreement is reached. Legal or other representation is permitted in all cases, but is not required.
