Contract Dispute Over the Sale of a Radio Broadcasting Company
Nov 01, 2013OUTCOME: Won for My Client
A dispute arising out of a contract from the sale of a radio broadcasting company was brought by the Plaintiff based upon the grounds that my client disclosed faulty financial records that resulted in ... them buying a business that they otherwise would not have purchased. We were able to demonstrate at trial that not only did the other side fabricate many of their documents, but also that my client acted completely appropriately in the sale. This allowed us to not only get us a verdict of not liable, but a judgment against the other side for attorney's fees and damages resulting from them bringing their lawsuit.
