John B. Rizo

John Rizo is a 1984 graduate of the Harvard Law School. He is Bilingual(English/Spanish). He has over 25 years of experience in the practiceof law. Mr. Rizo has served as an Assistant District Attorney forDallas County, in-house counsel for a major corporation, J. C. Penney,and has worked in various civil law firms.

Mr. Rizo has tried over 50 cases before judges or juries. He hasexperience in successfully handling accident, civil, CPS, criminal,family, business, immigration, intellectual property, ERISA, andappellate matters in state and federal courts in Texas and across thecounty. Mr. Rizo's successes include prosecuting and defendingmulti-million dollar lawsuits.

Mr. Rizo is admitted to practice before all courts of the State ofTexas, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern,Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the United States Courtsof Appeals for the Second, Third, and Fifth Circuits.

Mr. Rizo is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Greater DallasHispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Harvard Club of Dallas. Mr. Rizois also Of Counsel to the law firm of Kennedy, Clark and Williams PC.
