I hired Mr. Jeffrey 3 years ago on a drug case that was a first degree felony with 2 pen trips. My minimum was 25 years. Mr. Jeffrey told me to get a job, go to drug treatment and take drug test for awhile. Today I received 10 years of probation on over 100 grams of cocaine. I cannot express how grateful we are for Timothy!! We hired him after using another attorney to represent our 18 year old son for 3 in a half months on Agravated robbery charges, that the DA had gave him 7 yrs in prison, with no priors or any history of trouble! Our son set in Lou Sterrett jail for ...over 3 1/2 months with a bond of $75,000 dollors, that the other attorney said could not be lowered, that the DA would not agree to,and refused to ask for a lower bond, and he was also "ok" with my son setting in prisson for 3 years,since he felt he would get early parole for good behavoir! We heard of Timothy and hired him on a Friday late afternoon, my son was out of jail on Wednesday the next week on a $1000.00 dollor bond and charges reduced to robbery and will go back to court for continuation until probation is set! My son almost went to prison! It scares us to death to know that by just having the WRONG person, that really does not care about his career or what his decisions can cost a human, almost cost my son 3-7 years of his very young life!!! We cannot be thankful enough for Tim!
