I had never been in accident and needed a lawyer and totally relied on this firm to assist me. I soon found out that my accident wasn't severe enough to warrant any attention. All forms of communication regarding my case were all initiated by myself. I was not informed up front that I would not rece...ive assistance with the collision side of the accident, consumer beware. I should have done my research. After that conversation, I did. When I did ask for advice, I was told that it would be looked into, only to never receive a call back regarding the issue. It was months later when I complained about services rendered that he recalled the conversation and then he advised me that the choice I made was incorrect and he never would have advised. I guess once again, consumer beware. I collected and submitted 95% of the documentation to them regarding the claim and the only thing that I can recall that was actually done by the law firm was submitting the claim to the insurance company and setting up physical therapy right away (which was a disaster of its own). All things that I probably could have done with some research at the library or on the internet. In the end, Mr. Pipken and his firm will get 1/3 of the payout for doing less than a 1/3 of the work. As for me, the consumer of non-servces rendered, I will end up paying for an accident that I did not cause. Lesson learned.
