Incompetent representation.
Lock paralegal Courtney Hart is rude and unprofessional. Lock is also a very rude person. Not very good as an attorney. She always agrees with the judge, very unhelpful. I would not recommend this woman. For anything. She’s a terrible person, professionally and personally..

Missed deadlines!
I wish I hadn’t hired her. Won in court but then lost in arbitration on enforcement due to her not filling on time with the arbitration rules!!! I hired another lawyer who was aghast at the documents she drafted and we WON our case for enforcement in court.

Fails to communicate but good at billing you
Attorney fails to communicate but is really good at sending bills. Her paralegal is the one who calls and always the day before a surprise deadline. When I ask questions the paralegal responds, " I don't know. Paula is in court, or a class or we are preparing for a trial." It has been well over a yea...

Disappointed...
After I paid her my $1500, she was hard to reach and nearly impossible to get a hold of. I asked multiple questions via email, but was always told that she was "busy" or "in court". I emailed her a request regarding my legal document...and it's been months and she hasn't responded. I do NOT recommend...
