I have had substantial experience with trademarks, copyrights and related litigation. Usually, this litigation occurs in federal court. Copyright litigation has no other venue.
I have also litigated commercial matters in federal and state court. Partnership disputes, breaches of contract and fraud comprise much of this topic.
Over the years I have gained extensive experience with probate litigation. One such case took me to Orange, Texas for an extended visit. It is hard to be further east and still be in Texas.
Officers of corporations often need individual counsel when their corporation is under investigation or being sued. My experience as a federal prosecutor allow me to assist.
I got my feet wet as an assistant United States Attorney, and since then I've litigated in federal and state courts in various states. If you have an issue, I'm happy to help.
