Biography
Luis is an experienced trial lawyer who has managed every aspect of litigation for plaintiffs and defendants, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, settlement, trial (jury, non-jury, and before the American Arbitration Association) and appeals.
He began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable James A. Baker of the Texas Supreme Court. Prior to joining Estes Thorne & Carr, Luis practiced at Miller, Egan, Molter & Nelson, Fulbright & Jaworski, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Luis is happily married and is the proud father of three children. He enjoys traveling, baseball and reading.
