My family law practice centers on five areas: * Texas family law appeals * Interstate jurisdictional disputes * QDRO (Qualified Domestic Relations Orders) preparation and litigation * Enforcement of divorce decrees, especially child support collection * Grandparents' rights For most matters, I offer a choice of hourly or flat fees. On occasion (and when allowed by lawyer disciplinary rules), I will take a case on a contingent fee basis.
