Elisa Marie Cummings Fox

Elisa Fox is an attorney with Sumner Schick LLP and represents clients in commercial, residential, industrial, multi-family and senior living development projects. Elisa works with her clients in all stages of the development project, including structuring debt financing for land acquisition & construction costs; developing entity structures and joint venture arrangements; title review; drafting and negotiating development & contractor agreements; assisting with liens, insurance & bonding; closing out construction & transitioning the project to permanent financing; and representing clients in litigation matters arising out of the development & construction of the project. Ms. Fox also has extensive experience representing her clients as outside general counsel in a variety of business/corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers & acquisitions, and sales and leasing transactions.
