I paid thousands for legal representation, including an additional $305 specifically requested for an Occupational Driver’s License (ODL) filing fee. I was repeatedly told in writing that my petition had been filed—it was not. No file-marked copy was ever provided, and no proof of filing exists. Ther...e is also no record that an Administrative License Revocation (ALR) hearing was ever requested within the 15-day deadline. After 5 months, I still do not have an ODL and cannot legally drive, which has directly impacted my ability to secure employment. In written communications, I was referred to as “annoying” and told to “back off” when I asked for updates. After I terminated representation, she attempted to impose a $500/hour fee that was never agreed to. She has refused to return unearned fees, and I am pursuing formal remedies through the State Bar of Texas. As a direct result, I am $4,305.00 out of pocket with no completed legal work or documented deliverables provided. All supporting documentation has been preserved. If you are considering hiring her, protect yourself: get everything in writing, verify all filings independently, and do not assume anything has been completed without proof.
