No, you cannot violate a court order. You need to change the court order.

No. The Judge is going to look at your present situations and do what is in the best interests of your child. Get a good lawyer.

You will have to file something in Florida, if that is possible. You can't get a restraining order in Texas under these facts. Block the #.
