Corinne Christine Anderson Iadonisi

Ms. Iadonisi founded Deferred 1031, LLC and serves as Managing Director of 1031 Exchange Services. Prior to Deferred 1031, Ms. Iadonisi worked at Republic Title’s escrow and 1031 exchange subsidiaries, where she was responsible for overseeing more than $150 million in client trust funds. She started her legal career in Washington, D.C., working for Clearwater Legal, and quickly excelled as a project manager doing large Federal Trade Commission document review projects for some of the country’s largest law firms. She then transitioned into corporate business practice at the law firm Vela Keller in Dallas. Ms. Iadonisi’s varied background encompassing real estate, corporate business transactions and tax gives her a unique ability to relate to many different types of clients, transactions and industries.

Ms. Iadonisi focuses on helping real estate investors structure custom 1031 transactions, and making sure the closing process is simple for clients. She frequently teaches CLE classes on 1031 Exchange Transactions and Escrow Agreements.
