Attorney or no Attorney?

My case was filed 4 years age, still not settled, Excuses range from (we don't have pictures of injury) (Can't get doctor/hospital statement) (Medicare was billed and balance wasn't costly enough. Will I was in his office with injury, he should have taken pictures. I should also have been advised ...to have bills sent to his office. Last contact was Oct. 2013 and supposedly adjuster had tried to contact him and they were now playing telephone tag, Called back in Dec and left message to settle for whatever amount offered, He has been unavailable every since. Wish I had read this review before I hired this firm.

Steer clear of Marsaw and Associates if you want it done right.

I have used this attorney on several occasions, always having to follow up with my cases, NEVER being updated with status letters that I requested from his office. The staff that he employs is unprofessional and I seriously doubt they have proper credentials to work effectively in a law practice.
