As one of Texas’s leading environmental lawyers, Scott Deatherage has practiced environmental, energy, and business law for over 35 years. His practice has included representation of clients in renewable energy (solar, wind, energy storage, and natural gas power plants) manufacturing, oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, petroleum refining and marketing, real estate development, trucking, banking, private equity, data center developers, among other industries and businesses.
