Biography
Since founding the Turley Law Firm in 1973, Windle Turley has represented clients in Dallas, North Texas, and many other parts of the United States. Renowned for creative courtroom communication, he translates the human impact of accidents into compelling trial narratives and has earned recognition for crafting new legal theories to obtain recoveries. Mr. Turley’s litigation experience extends to appearances before some of the state and the nation’s highest courts. Beyond practice, he lectures widely and has authored over 50 articles on trial preparation and litigation, as well as the books Aviation Litigation and Firearms Litigation. He is also a published wildlife photographer, known for The Amazing Monarch Butterfly’s Wintering Grounds.
