Positive Recommendation

Very efficient and goal-oriented. Mr. Jarvis was hugely beneficial in keeping me in-the-know about my case and helped me understand all of my options; counseling me to the right decision.

Child Custody Litigation Performance

Mr. Jarvis demonstrated a full range of knowledge and competence in serving my grandson and succeeded by winning a court order that my grandson be the custodial parent. My great-grandson is now under the watchful eye of his father. Terry was also diligent in keeping my grandson and me informed an...d demonstrated a thoughtful approach and patience with his client who was new to and very nervous about the proceedings. Mr. Jarvis was efficient and his services were reasonably priced.

Excellent and trustworthy

Terry handled the estate for my brother in his passing. Terry was the primary lawyer managing the estate and had to work with lawyers in Iowa throughout this process. He was very knowledgeable in communicating Texas law and coordinating the details of Iowa law. He did a wonderful job in explainin...g the whole process to our family. Terry was always very patient and went out of his way to make the whole process easy for us. There was never a moment when we were concerned regarding Terry's trustworthiness. He always was very prompt in relating the information we needed to know, if anything it was Terry who would wait on us!

Fastidious, Thorough Representation

Terry helped me in my situation and had the utmost concern for my child regarding my divorce. I would recommend him for any legal issue.
