Ronald Sean Rohde

I grew up in North Texas and my family has always been involved in real estate. I went to New York for college, worked around the area and then moved to Miami where I went to law school. I eventually returned to Dallas because I love the people and Texas freedoms. I opened my own practice full time in 2017 with the primary focus on real estate and business law. My firm offers clients long term advice and long-term relationships. Even reviewing simple contracts provides my clients with a peace of mind that is well worth the cost.

With real estate, I enjoy structuring the investment and the overall budget that comes with planning a new venture. I bring years of small business experience and I am confident that we can solve my clients most difficult problems. I relate to clients with their needs as a small business owner and I have an understanding for their challenges and worries that come along with regulation and liability risks. I do everything in my power to be a good attorney, but at the end of the day I value the faith and confidence entrusted in me by each client.

A recent area of practice is cryptocurrency and its impact on all aspects of business. I feel that I have a practical knowledge of this technology through my experience designing and building a small-scale GPU mining setup. I am learning more on how to integrate this technology into existing businesses.
