P. Keith Staubus is a senior probate litigator in Dallas with more than four decades of experience focused on probate, guardianship, and trust litigation, as well as the probate of wills and estate administration. A graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law, he has built a boutique probate litigation practice handling high-stakes disputes in probate and district courts, including will contests, fiduciary litigation, contested guardianships, trust disputes, and complex estate-related business conflicts.
He has been repeatedly recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting strong peer recognition for his work in probate, trust, and estate litigation.
