Megan Abens Arkan

Megan Arkan is an attorney practicing in Collin County, Texas and Dallas County, Texas with a focus on legal issues related to families and the death or disabilities of loved ones. She helps people who are dealing with divorce, child support, child custody, and child protective services issues.  She also helps families who are handling estates after the death or disability of a loved one with a focus on probate and guardianships. Megan's approach to the practice of law is to analyze all of the issues the client's are facing and provide strategic legal advice that helps clients resolve their legal issues in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Megan served as the head of the Family Law Section of the Collin County Bar Association from 2012 to 2014, is a Member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas, volunteers in Attorneys Serving the Community and is an active participant in the Dallas Bar Association and the Collin County Bar Association.  She also serves as a board member for the Collin County Bench Bar Foundation.
