Biography
Mr. Guerrini has practiced law since November of 1978. He started his practice with large defense firms engaging in an insurance defense practice including personal injury, property and casualty, and professional liability cases. Mr.Guerrini started his own firm in 1992 and has concentrated on ERISA short and long term disability claims since 2000.
He combines his extensive knowledge and experience in insurance law with years of dealing with medical issues to pursue a desirable result for his clients. All of his clients are represented zealously and with diligence.
Bernard Guerrini was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1978. He is also admitted to practice in the following courts:
- Northern District of Texas
- Eastern District of Texas
- Southern Districts of Texas
- United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals
He graduated from St. Edward’s University in 1969 with a B.S. Degree in Chemistry. He spent six years as a pilot in the United States Marine Corps before attending law school in 1975. He graduated in 1978 from the University of Houston School of Law, with a J.D., magna cum laude.

Great attorney
I was at a loss as to what to do when Social Security and my long term insurance denied my disability. I met with Mr. Guerrini and he was so knowledgeable and compassionate, that I knew he was the attorney for me. He was able to get my disability started pretty quickly and that was several years ago....
