Amazing family law attorney!

Aimee is the best of the best. I hired her 4 years ago to modify custody from standard to 50/50. The attorney I had used for my divorce discouraged me from requesting 50/50, but Aimee was positive and confident to move forward. Since this she has represented me through additional modifications and en...forcements. Over these 4 years she has become a friend as well as my attorney. She sincerely wants the best for myself and my children. She is fair with billing and never "nickels and dimes" when it comes to emails and phone calls and texts. She is extremely knowledgeable and respected by her clients, peers and judges. I recommend Aimee to everyone I know as she is truly an amazing attorney who cares for her clients and their families.

She is the best attorney I could have ever asked for!

Aimee not only counseled me legally, she held my hand as I felt lost, scared and confused. I truly felt safe and taken care of with her representation and guidance. She created the perfect setting for my ex and I to co-parent beautifully. As a result, years later, our son has blossomed and appreciate...d the relationship we continue to have. We could not have settled and made better decisions without her. I am forever grateful to Aimee.

Amazing Lawyer with great insight

Aimee was recommended to me from another attorney I had consulted on a very complex legal issue. Aimee was very patient with me as I asked her questions and for advice on my case. She explained legal codes and terms without condescension or irritation. She knew these codes from memory and those she w...asn't familiar with, she looked up and explained to me. Again, in a way that I could understand and process. I thought my case would go on for a long time, but thanks to Aimee and her fantastic mitigation skills, all was taken care of in a minimal amount of time. And the best part- at less cost than I was told by other attorneys. I am so grateful to Aimee Pingenot and highly recommend her to anyone needing a family law attorney! Thank you, Aimee!

Family Law Help

I hired Aimee to help me with my divorce and to help me with custody and support. She understood my concerns and helped me each step of the way. I felt supported, understood and protected. I never felt alone in the process and knew I had a tough lawyer looking out for me. I would highly recommend Aim...ee and her firm.

Pleasure to work with!

I hired Aimee to handle a suit filed by my ex-wife. She did a great job handling a very difficult ex. We spent one full day in mediation, due to the fact that my ex refuses to agree to anything. I was able to talk with Aimee and get to know her better during this time. She is very professional yet ...down to earth. She is compassionate about her work and does her job very well. She was also very fair with her billing. Since my ex never seems to give up I anticipate more litigation and I will continue to use Aimee.
