About Pei-Chih
Biography
I counsel clients in all aspects of trademark law. This includes, but is not limited to, general enforcement, domestic and foreign prosecution, consent and coexistence agreements, and opposition and cancellation proceedings.
I handle a wide variety of intellectual property agreements. This includes licensing and assignments, mergers and acquisitions transactions, domain name disputes, Internet website policies, and copyrights.
I also provide litigation support for intellectual property trials as well as assist with representing clients in trademark disputes and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Lastly, I mentor a number of law students and am a frequent guest speaker, panelist, blogger, and lecturer. I enjoy speaking about the practice of trademark law, video game law, and intellectual property in general.
