Biography
Kent Krause has successfully represented victims in numerous general aviation and airline disaster related and general personal injury, wrongful death and products liability litigation matters. Additionally, he has used his business acumen and litigation experience to represent businesses and individuals in business tort and contract claims and to expand the law on commercial economic loss doctrine cases. Mr. Krause, a 1982 SMU Law graduate, holds the highest peer-review rating of AV ®, has served as Chairman of the Aviation Law section of the State Bar of Texas, is an adjunct professor at SMU Law School teaching Aviation Law and is co-author of the 3-volume treatise Aviation Tort and Regulatory Law, published by Thomson Reuters.
