Karl Anthony Rupp

     Mr. Rupp is one of the founding partners of the Kendall Law Group, LLP. A fifteen-year lawyer, Mr. Rupp's highly specialized practice consists of patent litigation and federal criminal defense. Licensed in Texas and California, as well as numerous federal trial and appellate courts, including the Federal Circuit and US Supreme Court, Mr. Rupp has personally tried numerous jury trials to judgment and successfully argued before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

     Born in Texas and educated in California, Mr. Rupp was raised in Colombia and reads, writes and speaks Spanish fluently. Mr. Rupp has dual degrees in telecommunications and international relations, and is comfortable communicating with both judges and juries.

     Mr. Rupp learned to try jury cases as a federal public defender, and that experience has served him well in the representation of clients being investigated or accused in federal criminal matters.

     That same skill set has been used in his other area of practice--patent litigation in the Eastern District of Texas. Currently Mr. Rupp is one of the lead trial lawyers representing a plaintiff client in over 40 cases against the banking industry in what is believed to be the largest pending patent litigation in the country.
