Julius Staev

I found Julius Staev online for a real estate need I had. I didn't want to spend more on legal counsel than I would recoup in a trial, and found it very refreshing that Mr. Staev was so open about how he would bill and how much time he anticipated needing for various tasks. He checked with me prior t...o each task so there were no billing surprises. I was also impressed with how well he knew applicable real estate laws and how quickly sized up the legal issues I was dealing with in our first consultation. He counseled me on how best to approach it, giving me many options and ways that he could (or couldn't) support. And he was effective. Although I had resigned to the fact that we would likely have to compromise on the legal issue we were in, we got exactly what we wanted -- our best case scenario. It is a grueling process to deal with a real estate issue and stressful to have to hire an attorney. However, I felt we were in extremely competent hands here and was so glad we found Mr. Staev. I hope we don't find ourselves in need of another real estate attorney anytime soon; but if we do, I will absolutely hire Mr. Staev again. Well worth it if just for the peace of mind.
