Very professional, personable, she KNOWS her stuff. she’s REALLY GOOD at what she does, she stays up to date with her information. I was genuinely impressed. I was so emotional and just going through a lot during this process and was confused & got mixed feelings and would have waves of emotions floo...r me but she just listened even during my tantrums and advised what was best.
