Michael John Ramirez

Attorney Michael John Ramirez of McCauley, Westberg & Ramirez, PLLC is a former Marine Corps officer. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Utah before continuing his graduate division studies at the University of Texas School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. During his graduate studies, the aspiring attorney served as Chief Articles Editor of The Review of Litigation. During this time, he was also elected to the National Order of Barristers. Attorney Ramirez’s first professional position in the field of law was as a prosecutor for the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, where he was successful in trying a number of cases to verdict in jury and at the bench.

The attorney’s private practice includes chairing the mass tort and product liability section of a large firm in Dallas, Texas as well as acting as partner at one of the world’s largest law firms known to date. From commercial and contact litigation, to governmental liability, to trademark / trade secretes claims, and so much more, the attorney is fully equipped to take on cases of every size and nature. Admitted to practice in Texas, California, Arizona, New York, Louisiana, South Dakota, and Illinois, Attorney Ramirez is also a current member of the Litigation Counsel of America, where his prestigious membership is include among only 3,500 other lawyers in the country.
