Administrative experience before courts and agencies in nearly 40 states and before all major federal agencies in the environmental field including EPA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Interior, and OSHA.

Practice involves environmental aspects of business transactions, particularly relating to due diligence, reporting and indemnification for environmental risks.

Practice involves administrative, transactional, and litigation services related to energy industry, particularly oil & gas exploration and midstream services.

Practice is primarily involved with environmental aspect of real estate acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence and access agreements to facilitate remediation.
