Kirk Todd Florence

Kirk Florence combines savvy legal acumen with practical, creative advice to maximize results for his clients. He enjoys finding solutions where others only see problems.

Kirk's outcome-focused approach puts the client's interests first. When the circumstances require it, he readily goes to the mat for his clients. Kirk plies these skills in a broad range of matters, including complex business litigation, product liability cases, premises liability, construction disputes, personal injury defense, and toxic tort defense.

Kirk obtained a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1991. He is also conversant in Spanish.

Outside the office, Kirk enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, coaching youth sports, reading, movies, sports, and listening to an eclectic mix of music.  Kirk is a member of the Dallas Touchdown Club, an organization devoted to supporting and raising funds for The Rise School of Dallas, a nationally-recognized preschool for children with developmental disabilities such as Down Syndrome, muscular dystrophy and autism.
