I lead the appellate practice group at CCSB. In addition, I focus on antitrust and on securities and director/officer litigation, particularly stockholder derivative cases. Outside the office, my interests run toward my kids and my granddaughter (the most beautiful little girl in the world, of course), Longhorn sports, English Premier League soccer (Manchester United), NASCAR, the choral music of J.S. Bach and W.A. Mozart (I sing with the Dallas Symphony Chorus and Dallas Bach Society), and good beer in reasonable quantities.
