Have also prepared and negotiated financing and debt arrangements for large and small corporations and limited partnerships, representing both banks and borrowers.
• Assisted clients in establishing operating companies in the UK, Malta, Ghana, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, UAE, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Peoples Republic of China, Australia, Yemen Arab Republic, Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and other jurisdictions.
• Worked extensively with letters of credit, cross border sales of products and the shipping of such products via ship, aircraft or trucks pursuant to contracts governed by local laws of the U.S. or other destinations.
• Represented clients in purchasing or selling aircraft registered in different jurisdictions, and working with Mexican counsel established a fractional ownership structure for used aircraft in Mexico
