I absolutely do not recommend Gregnnecia Darrett. She did the bare minimum on my case, communication was poor, and I only discovered on my own that my case was at risk of being dismissed after I went digging for reasons on why it is taking so long. No apology, no explanation; then it took her several... months to even submit the proper documentation to get her off my case, after requested, so that I could hire a new attorney. I will not be using her again and I absolutely do not recommend her. I wish I had trusted my better judgment from the beginning - please save yourself some time and money, I surely wish I had.

I hired this attorney through Marble Law to handle my divorce, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Communication was consistently lacking. During our initial consultation, I was told that I wouldn’t be able to include certain important items in my divorce decree and that I’d essen...tially have to settle. I also had to be the one to notify her team about missing discovery/mediation and an upcoming hearing — information I only discovered by contacting the county myself. Had I not checked, we would have missed the court date entirely. I ultimately chose to replace her. Within the week of my hearing, my new attorney amended the decree and I was able to secure nearly everything I initially requested. I just wish I had made that decision sooner and I truly hope this saves people the time, money, and headache.

I don't know who or how this attorney is a person, but as an attorney, she is a poor advocate for you. The website, the reviews, the facebook testimonials are all paid for. Please don't use her. I have endured a long and difficult time working with her. She does not reply to calls. No one is at her o...ffice ever. She doesn't reply to emails. She argues more with me, than FOR ME, whenever we do communicate. In court, she was silent when things were said, blatant lies. In hearings (virtual), she was on her phone, talking to other people, driving, NOT PRESENT AT ALL. And I regret everyday that a friend recommended her to me, and I listed. Please choose someone else. You don't want to go through what I went through. I ended up firing her, and am currently working on a letter to the State Bar, and my case still isn't entirely resolved -- having to hire another attorney for more effective counsel. Consider this a warning.
