also known as Dan Olejko
I concentrate my practice on trial and appellate issues in patent cases before the federal courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission. I have briefed and argued a number of cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals, including both petitions for writ of mandamus and direct merits appeals. I also have extensive trial experience litigating patent cases in the major patent venues across the country, including the Central District of California, Northern District of California, Eastern District of Texas, and District of Delaware, covering a wide range of patented technologies, including semiconductor devices, medical devices, software processes, and telecommunications systems. My experience also includes representing clients before the U.S. International Trade Commission in Section 337 investigations for patent infringement.
