She sustained serious inj ... uries. Both defendants claimed they had the green light and both had a corroborating witness. In closing, I submitted that plaintiff had failed to prove a case of liability against either driver. Counsel for co-defendant tried to convince jury that my client was liable. Jury found neither driver liable.
