Well I received my charge and pronation in 2009, and by 2011 I hired Bill to represent me, on probation violations, I wish I had from the jump, as he informed me my agg assault with deadly weapon should have been dropped to a lesser charge, he got me reinstated MORE THAN ONCE, HE ALSO got me out of d...allas county for 3 days for my father's funeral, this man got me A BOND EVERY TIME I WENT to jail on a PROBATION VIOLATION.. I contacted Mr. Knox after I had been going to court for almost a year with no resolution. My court appointed attorney was advising me that I would be sentenced to 20 months in state jail. I contacted Mr. Knox and explained my case, he asked me to give him a day and he would call me back. I honestly ...wasnt expecting to hear back from him because I had no reason to believe that he would be able to make the 20 months jail sentence go away. After a few days he called me back and agreed to take my case. From the very beginning he assured me that I would not be getting any jail time, I had been told for almost a year that the 20 months state jail sentence wasnt going anywhere, so I was a little afraid to trust Mr. Knox. I am so grateful for all of his help, he called me with a update on my case almost weekly, he is always easy to reach day or night. To make a long story short, I was facing 20 months in jail for a felony fraud case in Dallas County, and Mr. Knox was able to get me probation as he told me he would do from the time I hired him. I would definitely recommend his law office for anyone who is facing jail time. Im so grateful for all he was able to do for me, Im now able to go on with my life without the fear of going to jail. All I can say is WOW! Bill Knox made the impossible possible! I have a not so pretty criminal record and with a new probation violation, I was assured by Mr. Knox and his staff if I turned myself in and did the right thing he would make sure I was back home and sleeping in my own bed that same night...! My wife was arrested while I was deployed to Iraq. Bill Knox worked hard to get my wife’s case thrown out of court before it went to trial. Although some lawyers try to take the easy route by recommending deals with the DA that require community service, Bill and his staff believed in my wife’s inn...ocence and did not recommend us pursuing any deals. My family is grateful for the efforts that he and his staff gave to us.
