William Lloyd Foreman

I currently practice as a senior associate at Owens, Campbell & Aiken, L.L.P., a small, A/V rated law firm in Dallas, Texas, that specializes in civil litigation and commercial real estate transactions.  In my capacity as an attorney at OCA, I've represented commercial lending institutions, multi-state nursing home companies, high net-worth individuals, and an international petroleum company in creditors’ rights, civil litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings before state and federal trial and appellate courts, and in commercial business transactions.  

I pride myself in being very concientious to my clients' needs and concerns.  While I have primarily represented landlords and other creditors in civil litigation, I am adaptable to most any legal practice area in which my clients have a need.  I am currently licensed to practice law in Texas, but I expect my Oklahoma bar application, which was submitted in September, to be approved within the next couple of months. 

In terms of my personal background, I grew up in Tulsa and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, spent four years in the United States Navy serving aboard submarines, graduated from Oklahoma State University with honors, and graduated from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law with distinction, where I served as Assistant Articles’ Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review.  I am an avid runner, and (when I have the chance) I enjoy traveling, particularly in the American West and to Europe.  My wife is a special education language arts teacher and special education coordinator, also serving as a Special Olympics coach and girls' soccer coach.  Our daughter is a freshman at Oklahoma State University, where she is a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority, and is majoring in health education and promotion.
