I consulted with Vinay B. Patel regarding an HOA collection matter and was very disappointed with my experience. Rather than making a meaningful effort to resolve the dispute, the focus appeared to be on pursuing collection and foreclosure despite my repeated requests for an itemized accounting, a pa...yment plan, and an opportunity to resolve the matter. I made multiple good-faith attempts to communicate, requested clarification of the amounts claimed, and expressed my willingness to pay any undisputed assessments while disputing additional fees and costs. I did not feel those efforts were meaningfully addressed before foreclosure proceedings were pursued. In my opinion, the communication lacked transparency, and I was left feeling that resolution was never seriously considered. If you are looking for an attorney who prioritizes negotiation and problem-solving, my personal experience did not reflect that. This review reflects only my personal experience and opinion.
