Susan Elizabeth Hannagan

Susan practices employment and commercial litigation.  Susan regularly represents clients in state and federal courts across Texas and the United States in employment disputes and complex business matters.  Susan’s practice has included breach of contract, fraud, partnership disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty.  Susan also has experience advising clients on employment issues including non-competition agreements, policies and procedures, and administrative issues.  Susan also has also been involved in obtaining several successful jury verdicts and achieving early dismissal of cases for her clients.
