I am a native Texan and a thrid generation lawyer. I have over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, and my practice is focused on representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex disputes involving intellectual property in federal courts and administrative agencies. Prior to starting my own law firm, I was the firm-wide leader of the intellectual property practice group for a general practice law firm with over 250 lawyers. I have a background in engineering and worked as a design engineer for Texas Instruments before attending law school.
